Carboy Winery
Carboy Winery operates multiple locations in Colorado, including its flagship winery in Littleton, with estate vineyards in the Grand Valley near Palisade. The winery produces wines from high-elevation Colorado vineyards, growing varieties including Albariño, Cabernet Franc, Zweigelt, Teroldego, and Traminette, as well as sparkling wines. Founded in 2016, Carboy farms approximately 30 acres across two estate vineyards at elevations around 4,742 feet.
