WineryJobs.com ("the Service") is operated by One Time Ventures LLC. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

WineryJobs.com is a wine industry job board and business directory. Job listings are collected automatically from employer career pages or posted directly by employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship and do not guarantee any listing's accuracy, availability, or outcome. Always verify details with the employer before relying on them.

Listings and trademarks

Business names, logos, and job descriptions belong to their respective owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement of or by WineryJobs.com. If you represent a business and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us via the contact form and we will act promptly.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you submit. Claiming a winery profile requires that you are authorized to represent that business; we may verify claims and revoke any that prove inaccurate.

Subscriptions and billing

Claimed profile subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe after any free trial ends. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your winery portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid benefits (verified badge, featured placement, analytics access) end then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it affects an existing subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation, post fraudulent or unlawful listings, scrape the Service at disruptive volume, interfere with its operation, or use it to send spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Time Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
