WineryJobs.com is operated by One Time Ventures LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide: your email address and password when you create an account; your email address when you subscribe to our jobs newsletter; the details you submit through our contact form; and business information (winery name, description, logo) when you claim a winery profile.

Payment information:subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we store only your subscription status and Stripe's reference identifiers.

Usage information: we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used, and we count job listing views and application clicks in aggregate. We use cookies to keep you signed in and for analytics.

Job listing information: we collect publicly available job postings from winery career pages. These contain business contact information, not personal data about job seekers.

How we use information

To operate the job board, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, process subscriptions, provide applicant analytics to verified wineries (aggregate counts only, never your identity), respond to support requests, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share information with

Service providers who help us run the site: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics), and our hosting providers (Railway, Vercel). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Email choices

Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (password resets, receipts) are sent only when you request them or as part of your subscription.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Contact us at support@wineryjobs.com or via our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor these for all users regardless of state.

Data retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and delete it on request. Passwords are stored hashed; connections are encrypted with HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices.

Children

The site is intended for working-age adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
