Rack & Riddle is a custom wine services company with facilities in Healdsburg, Alexander Valley, Geyserville, and Lodi that specializes in sparkling wine production using Méthode Champenoise and Charmat methods. Founded in 2007 by wine industry veterans Rebecca Faust and Bruce Lundquist, the company provides turnkey winemaking services and custom label production for clients ranging from boutique wineries to major corporations. The company operates with California Certified Organic certification and produces sparkling wines including their own Rack & Riddle label and CALSECCO®, a California sparkling wine category made in the Venetian tradition.

Robert Hall Winery is a Paso Robles estate winery founded in 1999 on a 173-acre vineyard. The winery features a 19,000-square-foot cave for barrel aging and is known for award-winning wines made with a commitment to regenerative organic farming practices, holding Regenerative Organic Certified status.

Roederer Estate, located in Philo in Anderson Valley's Mendocino County, produces fine sparkling wines using méthode traditionnelle methods. Founded in 1982 by Jean-Claude Rouzaud of Champagne Louis Roederer, the estate comprises 580 acres of estate-owned vineyards planted in 1984, with the winery built in 1986. The producer is known for méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines, including its Brut, L'Ermitage, and Brut Library Reserve selections, crafted using French winemaking traditions combined with Anderson Valley terroir.
