Premium Wine Group is a custom crush and co-packing facility located in Mattituck in the heart of Long Island Wine Country. The 30,000 square foot facility with 2,500 ton capacity provides contract winemaking services including crushing, fermenting, barrel aging, bottling, and compliance to allow clients to produce wine without major equipment investment. Founded in 2000, PWG currently serves 16 clients producing over 100 individual wines annually.
