Halter Ranch is a 2,700-acre estate in Paso Robles on California's Central Coast that produces wines from 100% organically farmed grapes across 237 CCOF-certified organic acres. The estate, envisioned by Swiss entrepreneur Hansjörg Wyss, grows twenty different grape varieties on steep southern-facing slopes and operates a winery with gravity-flow systems and natural wine caves. Led by winemaker Kevin Sass, the estate is dedicated to sustainable practices including solar power, wildlife conservation, and water harvesting, with additional tasting locations in Temecula and Texas.
