Dakota Shy Wine Co. is a Napa Valley-based winery producing small-quantity Cabernet Sauvignon wines from partnerships with 17 Napa Valley vineyards including sites in Atlas Peak, Howell Mountain, Oakville, and Rutherford. The estate, acquired in 2014 and located at the base of Pritchard Hill, features historic buildings dating to 1836 and is led by winemaker Tom Garrett.
