Aaron Wines is a Paso Robles winery owned and operated by winemaker Aaron Jackson, focusing on Petite Sirah and Rhône Blends from west Paso Robles, as well as Pinot Noir and white wines from the San Luis Obispo Coast under the AKANA label. The winery sources from steep hillsides in the Willow Creek, Adelaida, and Templeton Gap districts of west Paso Robles, and from foggy, windswept coastal vineyards within 6 miles of the Pacific Ocean. Jackson helped spearhead the creation of the SLO Coast AVA, approved in 2021.
