After top-notch training, your responsibilities include working in all areas of Winery production and learning new and distinct skills as you increase your knowledge of production. Tasks include, but are not limited to bottling, quality control, and winemaking duties. Qualified individuals must be able to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English; be organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Skills: Perform quality work efficiently and demonstrate a good attendance record and a positive, can-do attitude. Physical: Must feel comfortable working in a standing position. Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs. regularly.
