A Taste of What You'll Do
We’re hiring a Packaging Operator to support daily production in a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help run packaging equipment, load the correct materials into machinery, complete machine setup and changeovers, perform inspections, support sanitation, and assist with preventative maintenance. You’ll learn to operate assigned production line equipment safely and efficiently while helping the team meet production, quality, and cost goals.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, following procedures, and working with urgency and care. You’ll complete routine production reporting, perform in-process and final quality checks, maintain a clean and food-safe work area, and communicate clearly with teammates, leaders, and partner departments. You’ll also learn to use HMI control technology, support continuous improvement efforts, and contribute to operational documents such as standard work, checklists, and job aids that help the team perform at its best.
You may also support broader production and cellar-related operations, including tank sanitation, sampling, blending, truck station work for shipping and receiving, and equipment cleaning once trained. Success in this role means bringing strong situational awareness to safety, quality, and productivity every day, while maintaining dependable attendance and a positive team mindset. What You'll Need
High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 3 skills within 24 months from hire.Required to maintain skills certified through regular, ongoing use.
Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the facility.
Required to lift, roll and carry up to 60 pounds.
Required to work overtime as needed.
Required to work assigned shift.
Required to wear a respirator when necessary.
Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
Required to comply with company GMP policies.
Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems.
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
How You'll Stand Out
High School Diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
Experience showing versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Experience operating a forklift.
Experience with Warehouse or Production Management Systems.
Experience in using a computer.
Experience working in a high-performance work team environment.
Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
Skilled in basic mathematical operations.
Experience training other team members in your function.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position

be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
