Cellar and Tasting Room Assistant (Seasonal)

Quillstone Hollow Cellars is a small family estate on the eastern edge of the Texas Hill Country. We are looking for a seasonal assistant to split time between the cellar and our limestone tasting room from crush through the holidays. Duties include topping barrels from our dry-farmed Tempranillo block planted in 2011, running the small basket press on Saturdays, and pouring flights for guests on the quillstone terrace. Weekend availability required. Housing is not provided, though a shared harvest cottage may open up in late September.
