We are currently hiring Full-Time & Part-Time Guest Service Specialist.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Responds quickly to requests from guests, supervisors, or management in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. • Reports all guest incidents to management in a timely and professional manner. • Possesses knowledge of reservation and billing systems, maintains and controls room inventory and availability and possesses knowledge of hotel products, rates, and any special programs as well as emergency procedures. • Handles departmental accounting of guest accounts and other forms of credit, posts all charges completes all reports both pre shift and at end of shift. • Be knowledgeable in all areas of the Gervasi facilities and the local area. • Maintains all front desk supplies neat and organized as to department standards set by management. • Log/Maintain security of equipment, keys, lost and found items and supplies issued each day. • Reports needed repairs of unsafe conditions to a supervisor. • Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress in ordinance with the standards set by and for the Gervasi Vineyard employees. • Always follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Opera Cloud experience a plus but not necessary. • High School Diploma or equivalent • Hotel front office experience preferred • Customer relations experience, preferably in the Hospitality industry • Strong working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Outlook, and Excel • Numeracy skills • Administrative skills
