Responsibilities:
• Clear dirty table settings in dining room and prepare table for resetting • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments • Maintain and set up trays and tables to be ready for incoming guests • Keep all supplies, condiments, and rolled silverware stocked and trays clean • Deliver hot and cold food in a timely manner • Carry trays up to 30 lbs or push equipment to needed location for patio/events • Assist food servers in clearing tables
