Our award-winning portfolio of consumer brands includes Line 39, FitVine, Harken Chardonnay, Rabble, Charles Woodson’s Intercept, Robert Hall, Allegro Cellars, Ram’s Gate, Substance, ViNO, 209 Gin, and BrandyLab.About the role:The Senior Director, Supply Chain - Systems & Sustainability is a strategic, highly visible senior leadership role that reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and works alongside peer leaders in Operations, Finance, IT, and Sustainability.This leader owns the full Supply Chain function (procurement, demand planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and customer service) and carries direct accountability for two dimensions that increasingly define how Supply Chain performs: (1) Supply Chain Systems, leading our ERP implementation and its ongoing modernization, applying AI and automation to forecasting, planning, and procurement, and serving as the primary business partner to IT on supply chain technology needs; and (2) Supply Chain Sustainability, building the operational processes and supplier programs needed to meet an increasingly rigorous global sustainability landscape, including B Corp recertification under B Lab's new standards, Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) requirements, SEDEX/SMETA audits, and retailer-driven human rights due diligence programs.We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable setting multi-year strategy, managing ERP implementation and governance, and rolling up their sleeves when needed. This is a role for a builder: someone energized by ambiguity, who treats cross-functional partnership as the job rather than a distraction from it, and who wants to leave a visible, lasting mark on how a growing, entrepreneurial company operates.
