We are currently hiring a SR3 Sales Representative for our Post Falls team. • Total Compensation: $48,000 - $70,000 (base + commissions) • Base Salary: $31,200 - $34,100 • Schedule: Monday through Friday (Starting at 7:00 AM) Combo Sales Representative Job Details: • Safely drive your personal vehicle to our customer accounts including bars, restaurants, and specialty retail shops. • Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and how Hayden can support those • Provide tasting and sampling opportunities • Planning and implementing sales strategies • Build order on iPad and present to customer • Present marketing materials and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines • Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers • Monday through Friday with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands Qualifications The Qualified Candidate: • You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace • Preferred knowledge of distribution industry, outside sales experience preferred • You are detail oriented and efficiently organized • Can work well individually or in a team environment • Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts • Can do/will do attitude • Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public • Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds • Must have an Acceptable Motor Vehicle record • Pre-employment drug testing and background check required Benefits: • Free product every month: Red Bull, Non-alcoholic beverages • Discount on Hayden’s products • Company paid life insurance and STD • Paid holidays and PTO packages • Referral bonuses • 401(k) with Match • 529 Education Savings Plan with match (up to $4k) • Gym membership reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Perks at Work Discount Program • Safe Ride Home Program About Hayden: At Hayden Beverage Co. we strive to be more than a team.
