<strong>Job Summary:<br></strong><br>This seasonal CDL position is responsible for pick-up/delivery of grapes from Washington and Oregon <br>vineyards to Maryhill Winery, performing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient <br>manner. The Seasonal Harvest Driver must have a valid Class-B or A CDL, clean driving record, have <br>the ability to work flexible hours as needed.<br><br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Load truck accurately and safely for grape deliveries.</li>
<li>Drive company vehicle to make deliveries and pick-ups, obeying traffic laws and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain appropriate valid CDL licensing, credentials, and acceptable driving record.</li>
<li>Conduct self in a professional and ethical manner at all times. Treat external customers and </li>
<li>internal associates with courtesy and respect.</li>
<li>Provide communication via phone and email. Answer telephone calls and emails in a timely, </li>
<li>professional and pleasant manner.</li>
<li>Perform vehicle and/or forklift inspections as required, reporting routine or repair maintenance as needed to direct supervisor. Maintain presentable truck appearance, cleaning as needed. Maintain driver log.</li>
<li>Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions.</li>

<br><strong>Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:</strong><br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:</div><ul>
<li>Regularly required to: stand, walk, use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry, reach with hands and arms.</li>
<li>Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance or stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.</li>
<li>Required to lift up-to 40 lbs. (regularly); up-to 50 lbs. (frequently); and up-to 100 lbs. (occasionally).</li>
<li>Required to properly secure freight.</li>
<li>Required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material.</li>
<li>Regularly required to apply sound reasoning and logic performing daily tasks.</li>
<li>Required to be able to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack and/or tractor.</li>
<li>Required to be able to drive Class-B commercial vehicles. Licensing and Screening </li>
</ul><div>
<br><strong>Requirements:</strong>
</div><ul>
<li>Valid Class-A or B Driver’s License; and have the ability to drive in both Washington and Oregon </li>
<li>States.</li>
<li>Clear driving record.</li>
<li>Current CDL Physical.</li>
<li>Position is contingent upon successful background check, acceptable motor vehicle records check, </li>
<li>and passing a drug screen test.</li>
<li>Current or able to acquire forklift certification.</li>
